Toxic Chemical Pollution Maps News, Updates & Resources

At MapCruzin.com we've been creating interactive toxic chemical facility pollution maps since 1996. Our first project was the Santa Cruz Toxic Release Inventory. This was the first U.S. based interactive toxic chemical pollution website on the internet. We soon followed this work with the creation of the interactive maps for Environmental Defense Fund's Scorecard Project.

Our latest project is ToxicRisk.com. Latest Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) data and school locations are layered upon a Google Maps base. Visitors can determine chemicals released, their health effects and risks, and the proximity of local schools. The number of schools within 1 mile and 5 miles is given for each facility.
